At the Dominique Dawes Gymnastics & Ninja Academy, founded by 3-time Olympian and Olympic Gold Medalist Dominique Dawes, we aim to foster a supportive, empowering environment for all children.
Part-Time Ninja Coach
Pay: $15 – $28 per hour (based on experience)
Shifts Available: Monday – Sunday | Mornings, Evenings (until 8 PM), and Weekends

Responsibilities
- Lead structured Ninja classes that combine agility, obstacle training, strength, coordination, and balance
- Demonstrate and spot skills safely, ensuring students progress at their own pace
- Create a high-energy, encouraging atmosphere that keeps kids engaged and motivated
- Assist with Ninja obstacle course setup and cleanup
- Monitor students for proper technique and form while promoting safety and fun
- Collaborate with team members to lead birthday parties, special events, and open gym sessions featuring ninja elements
- Serve as a positive role model who embodies discipline, perseverance, and teamwork
Skills & Qualifications
- Enthusiastic and energetic individuals who love working with kids
- Backgrounds in Ninja, parkour, gymnastics, martial arts, or fitness training preferred—but not required
- Must be reliable, coachable, and a strong team player
- Able to engage children across a range of ages and skill levels in a fast-paced setting
